Inventory visibility is one of the most valuable benefits C&O provides.
Incoming inventory is documented and entered into our warehouse management system. Once it is in the system, inventory movements, receipts, and outbound shipments can be tracked throughout the warehouse.
Customers can access a secure web portal for a high-level view of their inventory without needing direct access to C&O’s internal system. Depending on the account and reporting requirements, the system can also generate automated receipt notifications, scheduled inventory reports, and shipment tracking information.
C&O is continuing to expand its barcode-scanning capabilities to reduce paper transactions and capture more detailed inventory information as products move through the facility. The goal is practical: make inventory easier to receive, locate, manage, and distribute.
Warehousing is not the end of the process.
Eventually, the product has to go somewhere.
When a customer submits a shipping request, our team prepares the required picking documents, bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels. We coordinate carrier pickup, load the freight, post the shipment, and provide tracking information when requested.
C&O supports B2B and B2C distribution, freight coordination, regional and national shipping, and international distribution. Our customers ship products throughout the United States and to destinations around the world.

Unlike large warehouse networks that may place inventory wherever space happens to be available, C&O’s customers know which facility holds their products. Many are located within a few hours of the warehouse and can visit the operation themselves.

The building is monitored around the clock through a central security station and equipped with sprinkler protection and camera coverage. C&O also relies on trained, dedicated warehouse personnel who understand the products they handle and the procedures associated with each account.
The warehouse includes eight loading docks, along with an additional floor-level loading area, helping the team coordinate receiving and outbound distribution across multiple customers and product types.
National warehouse networks certainly have their place.
